      - Really smart people to work with. - Lots of freedom in exploring technologies and trying new things. - Reasonably frequent activities for meeting your teammates given the company is fully remote.

      Cons

      - Work can get a bit overwhelming at times but not very frequently. I guess that's expected for any company.
