Pros

Good health benefits, most individual contributors are good folks, albeit overstressed.

Cons

Botched product launches, burn out across the company, competition and saturation severely limit growth of the company. A fading reputation and many frustrated customers. Leaned too much on early product success and lost its way, no direction on most teams. Negligible growth opportunities for most. High variance in leadership. New CEO is a come to Jesus moment for the company. Lots of stop and go on projects, making it difficult to know what work is most important. Outsourcing work to Portugal. Layoffs each year. Extremely cliquey company…Get out while you can
