Pros

- the people (individual contributors) are genuine and want the best for you - they do pay well to compensate for the workload - fully remote

Cons

- extremely high workload - they say they value worklife balance but that is not true - they have gone through layoffs about 5 times in 3 years; they will frequently hire people and let them go a month later; thus you end up doing the job of 3 people - management is a lot of friends of leadership - no 401k match - bonuses dont mean anything because they rarely his their number
