Pros
Salsify has tight focus, leadership does a great job of inspiring employees to buy in and deliver. Employees are regularly asked tackle hard problems with creative solutions, with an organic mature support system in place.
Cons
Salsify has grown quickly and sometimes more tenured employees forget that not everyone has the same context, history, and ability to thrive in the organic environment that fostered its explosive growth. Salsify is great about finding problems and pushing to come to solutions (within the business) and while leadership is very transparent they could improve on managing expectations/messaging around newly developing processes.
