No Cons at all here

Generally, the staff is great. And when I talk staff, I'm not talking about senior decision makers. There's some very smart people in the company whose talents are undervalued and underused. Those staffers are dedicated to their jobs as well as progressive causes. They're the unrecognized, abused and misused, heart of the company

Lack of communication. The old regime, there were many issues with communication and long term planning. There was no direction. The new regime took that same lack of communication and somehow made it more difficult to find out the long term plans. It's a group of small decision makers, senior management, who are deciding the direction with little input from the current staff. That same staff is left in the dark as to what's to come other than hints and teases.
