Salon Forza honestly has such a great team, they are always learning and growing and they all inspire me in more ways then one. The owner Jen is one of the most kind, honest and caring people I know. Anytime I have ever needed anything she always makes sure to fine the time to talk and really listen to what I have to say and that means so so much, even with her busy schedule of being a mother, wife and running a full service salon she always makes the time. She treats everyone who walks into the salon as if they were family and truly cares about all of her employees. Everyone works together as a team at the salon and they are always there for one and other. I love how they make each guest feel so special and comfortable and they all always put in 110% to all there work. The girls are always sharing different and new ideas with everyone and they are always jumping into help if someone runs behind or needs anything at all. This group of girls for me personally I know I can count on for anything in and out of the salon. They are not only my co-works but my friends too. Salon Forza is an amazing place to grow and be part of a very talented amazing team.

Most of the time they pick Starbucks over Dunks for the coffee runs.

- Favorism - Gossip to employees about other employees - Say a percentage for commission then take 10% off the top for “extra product” “beverage” (that they make the choice to offer) etc - “Coaching salon” but you mostly do shampoos and clean up after the senior stylist etc - Sugar code things, manipulative, underpay - Get you materialistic items and tell you everything you want to hear to keep you on their side - Complain to other employees if you choose to cut hours but will not personally bring their annoyance to your attention bc there’s nothing they can do about it - Gaslight employees - Over a decade in business and only three senior stylist (owner, her sister, family friend) 🚩, - most employees are straight out of highschool and no more matured staff members 🚩 - Degrades newer stylists infront of guests but sugar code it - Enforce rules that management themselves don’t follow, - Stalk employees after they’re no longer working there, - Unpaid mandatory meetings on days off - “Monthly education” but goes months without any and most are product knowledge nothing new - A “team” when it’s beneficial
