      Small company with a tight knit group of talented people who go the extra mile to make sure that everyone works together to get the job done. Great cross-departmental collaboration.

      Cons

      The management seems very disorganized at times and things change constantly. One day's goals might be very different from the next day's goals, to the point where it leaves you scratching your head.

      Great coworkers, flexible with hours and school schedule, everyone always willing to help out and teach you, had a wonderful boss who taught me a lot about my field

      I have nothing but positive memories at Sally Ride Science. Can't think of one negative thing to say about it.

      Pros

      Interning at Sally Ride Science has been a great and rewarding experience. The internship supervisors are always very helpful and give insight on how to overcome obstacles in your project.

      Cons

      Can not think of any con for this company. The values of the company are great, and for interns you can even work on your own schedule most of the times.
