      You learn a lot about hair care.

      Cons

      The company is unorganized, makes weird decisions that negatively affect not only their team but the business. Expect full availability but pay very little and hire mostly part time to avoid paying benefits. PTO doesn't exist. There is no work life balance for managers.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.
