      Not much worth writing here

      Cons

      Too much demand to go to other stores because they fire everyone. They expect A LOT from store managers and you have no life other than your store. They expect you to go out recruiting to find employees, but then fire you for not being in the store.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.

      The pay is very low for a lot of the knowledge and upselling they want you to do
