      Pros

      rewards for selling certain items, customers are awesome for the most part, get free stuff to try.

      Cons

      low wages, even when moved up to management pay is still minimal. stores are allowed 90 hrs, a week, and work that is given to do, is very daunting.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
