Management is all about the employees. They bend over backwards to make the people like them. Good benefits, low to medium compensation. Work is not too hard. Weekends off.
Cons
Poor upper management skills. Disorganized and many are not knowledgeable about the business. Favoritism and lack of recognition. No advancement opportunities. None.
