-I got the highest quotas consistently -certain sales earn points that can go towards gift cards and items -free products regularly -if you like beauty, it's fun to work around -new products and promotions constantly -opportunities for raises
Cons
-no company culture at all -the manager stressed the quotas when other stores don't -the people that shop there are usually rude and appear to hate their lives, and your life -it's a corporation so you are not valued much
