Pros

Managers I worked for were nice. Had some nice coworkers.

Cons

You have to do resets with customers in the store. On the day delivery is made you have to empty the boxes in the store not a back room while customers are in the store. You have to wait on customers while trying to do the things mentioned above. Always being told you are not make your “numbers”. Not enough staff that allows you to take vacation. No lunch room or refrigerator to put lunch in ( unless employees purchase one), no water cooler. No real instruction to employees who do not have a cosmetology background. There is no moving up in company unless you are buddies with the district manager. Employees are often working store by themselves as you only have so many hours to use for the whole week. Pay less than minimum wage.

Cons

The daily revenue quota was at times very unrealistic and unattainable. A lot of pressure was put on our team to sell x/dollars per day but sometimes it just wasn't realistic (bad weather, lots of returns some days).

Pros

The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

Cons

Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
