* the work atmosphere is good and people work well together, good team spirit * Friday lunches on the company help socializing and team building * relative flexibility on work hours
Cons
* too much turn over (lots of internships) * management is sometimes a little old school, so the start up spirit is not what you could expect (flat hierarchy for instance, equal consideration of erevybody's input) * salaries are not competitive with respect to the market
