      Great start up vibes and mostly cool people involved

      Cons

      This is almost a contract job. If there is no work(software companies to represent for), they will lay you off. To loyalty for those loyal to them.

      Pros

      Very nice people and company has great potential for growth throughout the United States.

      Cons

      Need to focus much more on acquiring a larger client base. They are not aggressive enough in the business development side for themselves.

      Potential for job growth. I was in a training program for a client of Salescode’s

      Extremely unorganized, work equipment shipped late so we were unprepared for our first day on the job, emailed the HR team numerous times throughout my training and never got a single email back, the pay wasn’t great, all trainers I had were oversees. Lots of drama with hiring and firing
