It’s a job and that’s about it

Where do I start… the interview process was really sketchy and communication between recruiters and managers was not there. Spent a whole week in training full of meetings that had ZERO useable content. If you’ve ever watched the dry eyes commercial you know what I’m saying… Extremely low pay, NO MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT and you are expected to drive your own car for a FULL 8 hr shift daily. The advertise you getting salary but it’s really hourly. You will make the same as a Target employee. My particular campaign was for Constellation and the commission is not competitive at all. They give you a beat up and old Samsung Tab E with software that looks like it’s from the early 2000s. The tablet cost $100 brand new and they make you sign a for saying it’s worth $850 lol just so they can try and steal your last paycheck. YOU WILL BE TRACKED ALL DAY The make you create your own email to use for business and your not aloud to have a business card with your own name on it or you’ll get fired. I’m not just another grumpy person on here this is about as honest as it get. Please from the bottom of my heart go somewhere else…Anywhere else….

Pros

Protected by an hourly wage which other d2d employers do not offer, but it's only $16.50 per hour for knocking D2D for 8 hours.

Cons

Commission structure is extremely low and far less than any competitor ($60 per sale vs $200-400 per sale with all other competitors). Poor reporting on sales/installs, with just over 30% of installs accounted for. If you are a top performer, you might make $18-19 per hour (after commissions) if you're lucky.
