Pros

Paychecks out on time is only thing

Sales Focus entire business model is predicated on taking advantage of small business owners hopes and dreams of growth while relying on the greater fool to fill the place of the most recently cancelled customer - which candidly is multiple a month and overall in the neighborhood of a 90% total churn rate across the board following the minimum contractual period. To those looking to work there, know that if you are signing up for a sales position representing a customer that you will be given zero support, you will be the first blamed, and you will the first fired. It is a revolving door of deceit that should candidly be investigated by the BBB and or police. Also note the disappearing negative reviews coupled with the only positive ones having been posted by those listed as current employees - and posted within a similar time period. Probably at SFI’s internal request in an effort to boost their image whenever they bring on a new marketing person or have trouble recruiting warm bodies to put into seats at their “sales center”. Shady doesnt begin to cover it.

Pros

Protected by an hourly wage which other d2d employers do not offer, but it's only $16.50 per hour for knocking D2D for 8 hours.

Cons

Commission structure is extremely low and far less than any competitor ($60 per sale vs $200-400 per sale with all other competitors). Poor reporting on sales/installs, with just over 30% of installs accounted for. If you are a top performer, you might make $18-19 per hour (after commissions) if you're lucky.
