      Pros

      Overall is not a bad experience, I did gained new knowledges while doing my intern there. Sometimes they will have some training programs which required you to guide the clients how to navigate through the application, that is your time for real-world exposure

      Cons

      Not much social interacting with the colleagues. The company size is around 15peoples in my department?

      Pros

      - hands-on training - can work through multiple departments - friendly colleagues - good for internship as there are many tasks and can really contribute to the team - supervisor gives clear and constructive criticism

      Cons

      - no hybrid or wfh - no parking provided (including staff) - many work and busy (but i never had to bring the work home)
