Amazing IP - an amalgamation of all of the best sales and marketing training a person could ever hope to receive. A PHD in Sales if you want it.
Cons
- Promised high compensation - very few ever seemed to get even close - Often did not reimburse legitimate business expenses at a whim - Understaffed projects with junior consultants with no sales experience - Partners with limited management skills that used intimidation to motivate - Horrible benefits, they pay for nearly nothing - Highly political - Non-stop travel - they encourage you to do that at night and on weekends
