      Thé patient population is amazing and my colleagues are wonderful humans

      Cons

      Leadership could be better. Communication with HR, management, etc is not good. The pay seems low, especially for how hard we work.

      Supervisors don't perform their positions efficiently. Bad communication. They want employees to do things in a very short time. All the shifts need more employees.
