SaleCycle Response
1yThank you for taking the time to share your reflections. We genuinely appreciate your feedback.
We're glad you found value in working with great clients and alongside talented colleagues; those are two aspects we remain proud of. However, we're also deeply sorry to hear that your experience in recent years did not reflect the positive culture we aim to uphold.
We acknowledge that the last few years have brought challenges, including difficult but necessary decisions in response to wider market shifts. These have impacted our structure and, understandably, our people. Your comments about culture, communication, and leadership are heard, and we’re continuing to listen closely to understand where we can do better.
We're also working to rebuild clarity and confidence in our direction, investing in our people, our technology, and our future. While change is never easy, we're committed to creating a more stable, transparent, and energising environment for the team moving forward.
We appreciate the perception around holding company events following difficult periods, and we recognise that timing can be sensitive. That said, identifying the right moment is never easy. Each year, we host a global company event early in the year, and this year, we felt it was especially important to bring our people together after a challenging time.
The intention behind these events has always been to foster connection, show appreciation to our teams who continue to work hard through uncertainty, and support morale, not to overlook or diminish the difficulties faced.
We wish you all the best in your future endeavours, and thank you again for your time at SaleCycle.
