Hey Thanks for your feedback and I can confirm that we have listened to what you have said about your experiences with us. Alongside listening to some other feedback from staff we have made some significant changes in the Sterling Sales Team. We're also reviewing how we induct salespeople globally as we want every one of our employees, no matter what team they join, to be successful. We are almost ready to launch an updated induction programme that will set our new salespeople up for success. This has been written by successful and experienced salespeople here at SaleCycle and it will be available on e-learning so everyone gets the same chance to shine from the start.
