      Pretty setting. Small organization which leads to opportunities if you are able to stick around with the "in crowd" of those who have remained since the beginnings.

      Cons

      Unorganized structure where you are forced to wear many hats and spread yourself thin in many areas to make up for lack of organization. Politics.
