You get discounts on the rooms and that's about it and get food for free sometimes and that's about it.
Cons
There are so many cons like only holiday pay for full time only and at the water park a part of a counter weight fell off the top of the kiddie park bucket and almost hit a kid and closed it and reopened it next day and didn't fix it right then and there.
