I dont think there was any con of working there

1. Full Accountability and Ownership is expected, a good trait to have. 2. Culture is amazing. Great people, high on approachability and focuses on overall development of skills. 3. Real World Business Problems to solve that sharpens critical thinking and problem solving.

Honestly can't think of any cons.
