      Pros

      Front line staff is phenomenal to work with. The only way to survive is to form an allegiance with your coworkers and that is very easy to do because they are all great!

      Cons

      The company culture is a huge sham. The leaders tell us how to "act" and "behave" when we have visitors or when the BOD is on site. The CEO has many faces depending on who is in the building. Micromanagement is to an extreme. Upper management takes turns throwing each other under the bus rather than focusing on company goals.

      Pros

      The company fully covered personal health insurance. Company leaders cared about people and the bottom line.

      Pros

      The main reasons to work at the firm are the impact of the project on the environment and global warming and the fact that the funding is coming from a successful VC firm in California that scored many success startup business and brought them to IPO.

      Cons

      The wages are low compared to the amount of work and level of commitment required. The offer of equity in the company is fair but doesn't provide any immediate value. 2 years non-compete clause is built in the contract. The CEO is very controlling and micromanages every activity in the company, the outcome is not much freedom.
