You will get to learn how to use excel. Team mates are supportive.
Cons
1. TLs, Managers not supportive. 2. Manager won't support you even if you are right in front of client. 3. Management will give you unnecessary reason why didn't you get raise hike. 4. Only the projects under manager will get highlighted and they get good hike. 5. Politics is done at TL level only. You won't even know what hit you.
