      Although my job as a sub editor, but company hired me as a reporter. Actually it was full time job. But on paper they show part time job

      Verry irresponsible for employees. Dosent provide i card to new employees

      Pros

      The timings are very Flexible and there is no compulsion of target and besides it helps me to dedicate time to my dance class as well as home. Also it doesn't need much preparation for the classes. Also it is fun teaching to children be they pre - primary or higher classes.

      Cons

      The salary takes a long time and we have to roam in and around pune city on a two wheeler which at times is tiring.
