Pros

They pay fairly well - that doesn't look so good over time because of the stressful effort you expend watching your back and CYing Your A.

Cons

Management turns around like a revolving door in Macy's during the Christmas Holidays. They claim to follow a Catholic Mission - yeah right. Many good people have been cannon-balled out of there - just because they can .........

Small rural hospital, colleagues feel like family, good security operations in place (cameras, policies, etc).

Cons

Could be boring if you like action.

Pros

Pay is decent, there is a cafe, work is light in comparison to other area pharmacy's and they are willing to work with your availability with the exception of every other weekend, that is a must. You can take it off sometimes.

Cons

Favoritism is obvious. All management seem fearful to enforce accountability. Rude and insufficient technicians are promoted while good ones leave because they can no longer stand the culture. Some pharmacists treat technicians as if they are their personal assistant, asking them to do things they are perfectly capable of doing when they see the tech(s) have been running ragged all day or are currently juggling many tasks and could actually use help themselves. They don't take a second to consider if the tech is busy. Some do, but most don't bat an eye. Lack of Growth.
