Pros
Supportive employees and free coffee Upper management apart from CEO (such as Product manager) are very competent and if given a chance can run the organisation better.
Cons
No annual performance reviews. "Autocratic" type of leadership practices from CEO and doesn't listen to advises given from lower management. Leadership is biased and first impression is really considered as a key factor. Doesn't follow good coding practices (such as no unit test cases, too much duplicate code and all such) when recommended by techlead. You will get hike only when you show offer letter from another company. CEO is completely clueless on how to lead an organisation (there is a manager from one team who is competent enough to run the organisation but isn't given a chance). CEO asks employees to give positive reviews on Google and other sites. HR department also spams good reviews on many sites such as Glassdoor, Google. CEO is very greedy and doesn't have any professional outlook. Company runs more like a sweatshop rather than a professional organisation. Saas products are developed in a really short span of time but the quality of application is very poor and company's leadership is completely responsible for this mishap.
