Worst Compay - Beware - Anonymous employee Sailfin Technologies Employee Review

Hey BEWARE!!!!! I would not give this company even a star, but there's no options for that. Alright let's come to the point. This is really very worst company I have seen in my career. I have worked here for a year, more than that I can't survive here because something you endure is always bad. All Managers are great politicians and MD too. I think they can earn more in political parties. Good company for managers because their salary is more than their work. Even they don't work at all, they do is what's app, big boss and Facebook only. If you want good hike do nothing just make good relation with your PMs no matter s how your performance is. If you didn't satisfied with your hike and you ask for more hike to your PM than they will not support you at all they always say something to each and every unsatisfied employees that they (PM) also got hike in single digit %. Dear PMs your single digit % hike is more than 5 digit amount of your salary. Grow up we are not child we can understand all the things. And the most important point, if you don't say yes or if you oppose them in your PMs suggestions you can get fired. Yes that's true. Looking disgusting right? But this is how it is. If you want to survive in this company be a good politician or stay good towards your PMs even though they are doing bad things. How can I forget about our MD. So MD is really a big psycho. You can't say a word in his oppose. Always he do bad behavior towards the employee. Once he had taken all employees cell phone without any reason and do really unprofessional behavior. Come-on we are not your servants. Just like a diamond company raid we all are there in the company till 8pm without our cell phone, and he said that he will burn our cell phones without any reason. Now decide yourself what you call this kind of person? There is only one Salesforce company in Surat i.e. Sailfin otherwise Nobody will go in this company. Just because Surat people don't want to leave their home & parents they are working here. When Surat people got another option for Salesforce, I am damn sure the resources will be move to that new option :D When you will Resign, then you can come to see the real colors of Management. They will mentally harras you. Such a cheat company. When you will join this company they will say that Notice period is for 2 months. After joining 2 months later you have to sign again for the new papers. In which they have modify the 2 months to 3 months without any prior intimation. And when you ask to HR about this change they will say its Max 3 months just sign it nobody will give you 3 months of notice. Afterward if the Junior Employee is resign then also they are asking for 3 months. So beware. After many resigns they will give the resource many Schemes also. Schemes validity will be too short. Conclusion: A BIG NO TO THIS COMPANY
