Pros

SailPoint is hands-down one of, if not the BEST places I've ever worked. There are so many areas of this company that I could boast about, but the main reasons I continue to stick around and thrive here are below: - Culture: I have yet to meet a rude person — this company is filled with the best of the best, always willing to drop what they're doing to help out. - Freedom & trust: You truly own your own book of business without micromanagement — leadership provides guidance, not control. - Leadership accessibility: From frontline managers to executive-level. leadership, our leaders make themselves available and genuinely care about your success and growth. - Opportunities to grow: Clear paths for advancement, plenty of chances to take on more responsibility, and constant support for career development. - Product & market strength: It’s rewarding to represent a product that is an undisputed leader in the space, with a brand and vision that customers RESPECT. - Work-life balance: The flexibility and trust given here make it possible to excel at work without sacrificing personal priorities.

-Opportunity for growth and building a career for yourself -Company culture -WFH -Leadership who genuinely cares about your professional growth, as well as your personal growth (example: making sure your goals that you've set for yourself are within reach and are achievable) -In-depth enablement and endless resources -Benefits

Cons

-The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
