Pros
They have a great way of hiring good people to work with. General culture of wanting to help each other be successful. The identity security expertise is humbling - they really know the subject and the technology really underpins best practise.
Cons
Not a con of SailPoint. More that if you do not have robust account planning - inclusive of partner ecosystem - persistence in working out how best to develop relationships in accounts and have patience, this is not the job for you. It takes a lot for customers to commit to an identity program - this is not a rack 'em high, sell 'em fast market space.
