I have been here 3.5 yrs. Strong collaboration, team work. Even with remote work, still able to make strong relationships with my stakeholders throughout the US and LATAM. Integrity starts at the top and we definitely have that with our CEO, Mark McClain! Humble, hungry, smart individuals throughout the organization. Never met a jerk here, is actually true! I would recommend Sailpoint to a family member or friend. No micromanagement. I am trusted to get my job done, and I do! This is the most fun I have ever had!
Cons
Who actually likes Workday- just a pain. We could probably have other tools in place that make our job easier, so we can move faster and not have redundancies in data entry.
