      SailPoint truly wants their employees to grow and flourish. They very much practice what they preach from the top-down and from the bottom-up. If you see a need, you are more than welcome to fill it and the value you add will be recognized and rewarded. - Team-first mentality - Excellent benefits - Encouraged to speak up - Value added is rewarded with pay

      Cons

      SailPoint is growing very rapidly which is good, however, with a big company it may become increasingly more challenging to "move up". SailPoint's leaders do recognize this challenge and are implementing new organizational structures to help.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
