Verbally abusif senior management, zero structure, Zero training, zero career development Passive-aggressive work environment, lots of snitching Toxic, hypocrit culture: management always talking about the "Sahara family", but they're treating employees with zero respect and firing competent people without warning. Every week there is an internal newsletter with the most recent "terminations" from the family. The company owner has a mantra: "Divide and rule". No joke. It's a "hire and fire" company, all simple. Employee loyalty comes from salary and nothing else. Companies who know Sahara see the name as a handicap on the CV
