Pros

Great infrastructure Lucrative salary for new joiners

Cons

1. People at the management level are the most unethical, uncultured, bossy, foul mouth, and has zero knowledge on employee handling, and process too 2. Employees who are reporting to them and are in the organization from many years are the ones who are just surviving because of their commendable flattering skills. Otherwise no employee with straight forwardness can survive more than 6 months. 3. They lie during hiring, giving wrong expectations of the role, showing how brighter your career will be be. Once you join you are the prey that has been trapped. Your bad time will start from there. 4. Old employees are not supportive to new joiners as these are the ones who are in comfort zone and think that whatever they know is the right and best in the market They see new joiners as their threat and make sure they do not get any support. 5. Work culture is worst and you can't even escalate to higher level as all are fishes of the same pond.

Pros

Sagility Health provides an opportunity to gain experience in healthcare claims processing and work with a large healthcare client. The remote work setup and standard daytime schedule are positives, and the role can provide exposure to healthcare operations and insurance processes.

Cons

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
