Pros

Poor Management process like ; Assigning the projects, Employees - to even procure the company laptop have to wait for 01 year and 06 months . Infrequent engagement with peers/Managers/ Not setting expectations.

Cons

Yearly gains are really Poor Though company is receiving continuous appreciations (Profitable records Emails) from the higher management on a yearly business deeds- yearly increment gains are not upto the mark/ the percentage of attrition in the team with-in the year itself implies that we need a change in the format!

Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
