We realized that our training program needed to be enhanced so in addition to our corporate week long training for new hires, we invested in an on-line learning software solution for sales training. Sager pay plans and benefits are reviewed annually to the external market and we find that our compensation and benefits, although not above average, are fair. Sager is proud to be a solid, stable company that is part of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. Sager is also proud of the longevity of many of our employees with 15, 20, 25 years of longevity – all the way up to 50 years with Sager! We promote from within whenever possible.
