Pros
Health benefits are average for the area, which is good. Most departments work well together. Products we make are life-saving and essential. Lots of verbal support from corporate. Site does amazing with regulatory agencies. Some of the management team is excellent, listens and works with employees and works with other departments amazingly well. The effort to bring new products and improve site equipment and technologies has been outstanding and appears to be bringing great rewards, but lots of rush rush rush - now wait, we didn't actually want to make expensive improvements.
Cons
Site leadership is weak, makes decisions slowly if at all. Does not know how to lead or build teams/teamwork. Uses inappropriate means to punish and reward employees - seemingly because they don't know any better. Failure to plan results in management by reaction. Lots of older equipment and no support for onsite employees making improvements. VERY little upward mobility, as the same people stay in the same spots.
