A 2 Star Review at Best - Finance/Accounting Sagent Employee Review

The 401k plan is very bad - 1% Match. It’s impossible to move up in the company and you will never get a bonus or raise. The CFO and two Senior managers take the entire bonus pool for the department every year as well as the budgeted money for raises ( they do not leave $1 for anyone below them). There is literally no culture (can’t speak towards other departments) and no fun/cool benefits to speak of. Management is nice but realistically because they don’t want you to focus on the above issues and takes awhile to figure all of that out.
