Able to work from home Love all of the employees I work with Many smart people to learn from Lot of different tech to work with to gain experience Allowed to work my own way Management is great and understanding Seen as a person not a number or stat We have a voice
Cons
Recent changes in structure made us top heavy causing many issues with new red tape when trying to get things done. Not able to do logical things that are needed due to insane or non-efficient processes in place to simply appease the plethora of upper management. The number of execs are quickly coming close to the number of people who actually work. The answer is always "i guess we need more management" instead of fixing process to make us more efficient causing it to be frustrating.
