We always invite, and are happy to hear from, our current associates regarding the areas we are excelling in and the areas where we can do better. That is actually one of the main reasons we implemented our most recent approach to capturing associate feedback. First and foremost, we are very proud to have a strong management team that is truly invested in our associates and also in the value-added services we provide our customers.
Our aim with the surveys we publish is certainly not meant to overwhelm, but rather to ensure that every voice at SageNet has an opportunity to be heard. The outcomes of our surveys are actionable and have helped us to create, or further develop, initiatives that have made us more successful from both an internal and external perspective. As mentioned, feedback is valuable and we will certainly keep yours in mind as we continue to evolve as an organization.
