There’s no way around it, being let go is tough. It’s super hard news to hear. It’s also hard to news to deliver. When it has to happen, we strive to do so professionally, compassionately and in person. There are some circumstances, though, when in-person is simply not an option: typically when the employee works remotely or is otherwise unavailable to meet directly with his or her supervisor. In those cases, a telephone conversation is our best alternative. As an organization we do know such changes are difficult and are committed to staying loyal to those team members who have dedicated so much to us. Please reach out to our HR team at HRVM@sagenet.com to discuss transition assistance.

Pros

Positive, Friendly Culture Learning and Development Wellness Programs

Cons

My tenure there was exceptionally positive. I found the culture and the work environment to be highly supportive, I didn't encounter any significant drawbacks. It was a role that aligned well with my professional values and allowed me to focus entirely on delivering results.

Pros

I think the salary was decent for someone without a similar work experience.

Cons

The managers and majority of the people here are not nice! Or maybe that depends on which department you're working in. But my experience with our manager and department was awful! Everybody was unpleasant! If they're not in a bad mood, they're in a terrible mood!!! It's like there's no positivity here. People were always hostile and unfriendly!
