Pros

Amazing product, lots of great people and many opportunities for the company to grow. Lots of potential with the right leadership.

Cons

Departmental goals are not always aligned. Poor direction from operations senior leadership, unrealistic expectations, with lack of allocating resources properly to support the organization goals. To reach full potential, there needs to be a change in leadership.

The company is very nice to work for. We have a pleasant work environment and good benefits.

Cons

We are running a little short staffed it seems, and it feels some areas have a lot on their work plates.
