C-level staff are two faced. They will say they are supportive and that you are doing a great job, but the second you question anything or they feel they may “look bad” they turn on their own staff. The Utah clinic is sinking cause they keep trying to make it exactly like the toxic Texas clinic. They can’t keep a doctor or staff. They have had above the standard or even high turn over for a start up company in both Utah and Texas. C-level people talk about creating a great work environment but are a part of the toxic environment. Reprimand employees for “gossiping” but actively gossip themselves. Not a company I recommend working for, not in their current state. Great business idea but not a great environment. Majority of their staff don’t make it past a year (both quit and fired employees)
