It felt like family and there were many opportunities to try new things. Worked with high profile clients and challenging projects.
Cons
Senior leadership lacked poise, lack of transparency, many people were not sure of their job responsibilities nor did they want to wear "different hats" just because they were told to do so. Projects went over budget most of the time costing the company and it's team members in the long run. Lack of effective sales and business development team led to pay cuts for the entire company.
