Pros
A very flexible leadership team that allows for a lot of freedom in the workplace. Obviously we're all working from home now, but the team does a good job making sure people still feel included and supported. You're allowed to really try and build something different, if you want. Everyone is incredibly open to ideas for everything. Nothing is set in stone, and if you have a way of working, or an idea that could create a new way of doing business, you are given support to make it happen and to share it with the rest of the team. Just a really great group of people.
Cons
It's a smaller team, so any deficiencies in your work are hard to hide. There is a LOT of work to be done, so it's not a place where you can coast. The team is always ready to help, but you do need to be willing to ask. With the whole team working from home it takes more effort to check in than normal. You can't be afraid to ask questions or raise your hand if you need support.
