Salary was low, enviroment could be cut throat at times, tone from members of leadership was demeaming at times

A few of the people were actually genuine, cared about their job and helping people find jobs

The managing partners were literally terrible. Lack of leadership, communication, no clear expectations, weird things and dynamics going on in the office at all times.
