Great boss. Get to work in the office and in the field is certain aspects. Get to run the show.

The only con is that pest control is super busy in the summer. But its just the nature of the industry.

freedom of being outside is nice.. pay is not good, other pest control companies in area pay way more. they make lots of promises but dont ever follow thru

unethical and moral practices, lie to customers, they charge more and come less than any other company in the area and they pretend they are better but dont use anything better they also are unethical to their employees. terrible schedule and once you are gone they ghost you forever
